Client’s Cancellation
If the Client cancels at least 10 days before the scheduled tour date, or agreed by the parties, he will be refunded for 100% of the total booking amount (excluding our service charges).
If he cancels between the 10th and 3rd day before the scheduled tour date, he will be refunded for 50% of the total booking amount.
If he cancels less than 72 hours before the scheduled tour date, he will not be refunded.
Privacy
The User has the obligation to declare his real data when using our Services.
In particular, the access information, whether these have been selected by the User or have been automatically created and communicated to him (such as indicative and not limiting, payment codes, access codes, etc.), are strictly personal and the User is solely responsible for protects against any leakage, copying, infringement and disclosure to third parties.
Limitation of Liability
The Company cannot be held responsible for any damage or other damage or consequence that may occur to the User from the Use of the Website and/or the Application and/or the Use of the Services provided.
The Website and the Application are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without any guarantee of suitability for any purpose, uninterrupted availability, data security or absence of errors, and the Company bears no responsibility for any improper operation that may occur. Under no circumstances are guarantees provided by our Company for the correctness, completeness and availability of the content of the Website and/or the Application and/or the Services.There is no guarantee on the part of our Company that any other linked website or any other server through which our Services are made available to the public are provided without viruses or malicious software, and we also bear no responsibility for repairing damage from the above cause. Our Company takes all necessary measures to avoid malicious actions or malfunctions at the expense of the Users of the Website and/or the Application and wishes for their uninterrupted operation.
Additionally, the Company has no responsibility/liability, whether civil or criminal, from the Services provided and in particular:
with regard to the transport service:
Upon acceptance of the proposed route by the Third Party, a contract of carriage is concluded between the Third Party and the Passenger. We bear no responsibility for any reason for the non-proper performance of the contract of carriage by the Third Party to the Passengers. We bear no responsibility for any reason for the improper performance of the contract of carriage of passengers to Third Parties. By way of illustration, the Company is not responsible for non-receipt from the boarding area, indecent behavior, refusal to pay for the route, violation of Code of Conduct, etc.
b) regarding the predetermined rental time (appointment):
The appointment (predetermined rental time) of the taxi is made either through the call center or through the Application or through the online booking platform.
In case of failure to make the appointment/booking at the predetermined time, the Company is not responsible when it cannot be made due to force majeure (extraordinary weather conditions, strikes, etc.) or due to not finding a suitable vehicle or due to another random event (vehicle damage or driver illness).In any case, however, we make every possible effort to serve you better by responding to your needs and to the sense of responsibility that we possess regarding the provision of our Services.
c) regarding the booking completion process:
The personal information required to complete the reservation is only stored for the purpose of completing it and under no circumstances does our Company make further use of them. The User is fully responsible for the correctness of his personal information and for the reservation, advance and full price, cancellation and modifications thereof. Our Company confirms the booking to you via e-mail which you may save/print a copy of the booking. f the User does not receive a transaction code (either through a confirmation page, by sending an email, or on their mobile phone) after submitting their information to complete their transaction, or if an error message occurs or the transaction is interrupted service when sending his details, it is the User’s responsibility to contact our Company immediately to find out if his transaction has been completed or not. We are not responsible for the User’s monetary or other loss in the event that, for any reason, he did not receive confirmation of his reservation/transaction.
Our Company is not responsible for any interruption, delay or deterioration of the quality of its Services due to reasons, the occurrence of which it cannot control, i.e. due to reasons of force majeure and in particular and all indicative, strikes, accidents, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes or other natural phenomena, acts of terrorism, interruption or damage to the fixed public telecommunications network or third party telecommunications networks, etc.
